KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the operational lead for the ServiceNow platform, managing aspects of service delivery, platform maintenance, and continuous integration/continuous development of ServiceNow based solutions (core platform capabilities and custom applications)
  • Collaborate with stakeholder groups to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, project managers, and change and communication specialists
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of user guides, training materials, and documentation while providing ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ServiceNow platform
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform while implementing best practices and industry standards to enhance platform efficiency while staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities
  • Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for ServiceNow applications while ensuring automated testing and deployment processes are in place to maintain platform stability
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, with at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum eight years of equivalent work experience
  • Leadership and Management Skills: proven track record of leading and managing a team of technical development / engineering professionals, with strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion
  • Technical Expertise: deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integration capabilities, and best practices for performance optimization and security; experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and PowerShell is preferred
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; ability to analyze data and metrics to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
