Schedule Manager

Manages the scheduling activities and personnel for one District or mega project.

Develops and manages or reviews all Division project schedules and narratives using company established standard formats and software based on production and budget information from project personnel including engineers, project managers, superintendents and estimating teams.
• Assigns and monitors Division scheduling resources to projects.
• Assists in Developing and implementing scheduling procedures and training for Project Controls Department.
• Develops schedules that include resource and cost loading to accurately track and time the production needs and payment needs of the project.
• Assists or assigns resources forbid scheduling during estimate phase by working with estimating and engineering teams to accurately identify the sequence of all project work to be performed.
• Perform additional assignments per management's direction.
• Develops or reviews all Project Baseline Schedules and narratives prior to submission.
• Identifies and reports the impact of performed and delayed work by updating the Company approved schedule and financial reporting programs.
• Assists or prepares time impact analysis for any identified risk to schedule or budget.
• Provides technical expertise to resolve difficult production and schedule problems.
• Provides project status reports to direct manager and Project Manager for weekly and monthly project update meetings.
• Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in construction project scheduling required, including experience in alternative delivery projects, cost and resource loading and development of time impact analyses.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.
• Advanced knowledge of construction building procedures and industry specific scheduling requirements.
• Proven skill and ability to identify and mitigate scheduling issues for simple and complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills to drive a team towards a common goal, using a common best practice procedure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
