The Contracts Analyst professional is an integral part of the organization and Contracts team working collaboratively within the team and with our business partners in Legal, Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to achieve the company business objectives. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain U.S. Government and Commercial Contracting knowledge and experience and is expected to bring with them the desire and ability to learn with a strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and technical capabilities to adapt to new systems and information quickly. Annualized pay rate for this position is $75,000. to $95,000. Duties & Responsibilities
The position is for someone eager to learn about Contracts and the organization that requires an attention to detail for quality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness. The role is entrusted and charged with: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supporting the Contracts team in areas such as non-disclosure agreements, contract administration, audits, proposal support, and reporting. o Support quality improvement initiatives which could include terms and conditions of contract, processes, business tools and other initiatives. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Gain familiarity with U.S. Government Acquisition Regulations FAR, DFAR, and other Agency Supplements. Qualifications
SKILLS REQUIRED: * Employ effective written and verbal communication skills internally and externally. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 3-5 years' work experience. Additional Information
