Location Information

Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in one of our four Twin Cities communities: Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Woodbury and our new site opening in Corcoran soon!

Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is filled with social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments.

Responsibilities:

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of services for home care clients, promptly addressing tenant emergencies and medical concerns. You will serve as a resource for interpreting nursing policies and procedures and delegate staff responsibilities during campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff.

Qualifications:

Education: Completion of an accredited Nursing program is required, along with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.

Experience: A minimum of three to five years of nursing experience is required, with required experience spanning two to three years in assisted living and home health care, including familiarity with Comprehensive Home Care requirements. Previous supervisory experience of three years is preferred.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Proficient understanding of Federal and State Home Health/Assisted Living rules and regulations, with the ability to interpret and communicate them accurately.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence in using personal computers and related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to positively manage subordinates.
  • Demonstrated integrity and good judgment in taking initiative.
