We are looking for a motivated technical program manager to drive strategic and highly visible security programs at Snowflake. You will be challenged to use your creative thinking, excellent technical program management capabilities, and strong communication skills to make a big impact at Snowflake. You will be accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met and will interact daily with our Security organization, Engineering, IT, and cross-functional business teams to ensure our objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and deliver important programs with broad organizational and technical impact in the security domain.

  • Translate security and business objectives into execution strategy.

  • Bring strong, data-driven and strategic technical judgment to decisions.

  • Understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making, and action.

  • Take ownership of program deliverables and lead cross-functional teams to drive results.

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of technical programs from requirements workshops through post-launch retrospectives.

  • Prepare, present, and review change requests, status reports, implementation plans, and recommend resources to execute.

  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning; promote continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS/Masters in a technology-related field and/or equivalent years of experience working in technical program management or cybersecurity.

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management.

  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and principles.

  • Passion for the cybersecurity domain.

  • Strong understanding of security concepts applied within a cloud-first environment.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients.

  • Ability to adapt, be flexible, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $182,000 - $254,100.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
