Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.

Snowflake is growing fast and we're looking for an experienced, self-motivated and data-oriented individual to lead product marketing for Snowflake Horizon, Snowflake's built-in governance and discovery solution with a unified set of compliance, security, privacy, interoperability, and access capabilities. With Snowflake Horizon, data governors and stewards can quickly uncover and resolve cross-cloud security risks; universally implement access controls across clouds; and easily apply out-of-the-box, proven governance protections to sensitive content. In addition, data teams can quickly search, discover, access and share these governed data, apps and models from across their ecosystem to boost privacy-preserving collaboration.

In close partnership with product management, alliances, sales, user research and marketing teams, you will lead full-funnel product marketing and go-to-market for high-profile governance product releases and campaigns. Snowflake's single, cross-cloud governance model has always been a powerful differentiator, and in this role, you will be key in further enabling customers to manage their increasingly complex data ecosystems with simplicity and ease.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% in-office time**

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER YOU WILL:
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative programs targeting CDO's, CISO's, data stewards, data governors, data engineers, analysts and other personas

  • Create messaging, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by Snowflake marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams

  • Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns that require cross-functional collaboration with demand generation, content marketing, partner marketing, alliances, sales, product management, and other teams

  • Leverage data to identify opportunities, guide decisions, and measure performance of go-to-market activities

  • Work directly with customers, partners and sales to identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market motions, and represent Snowflake's value proposition

  • Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in data governance, database management, security or privacy

  • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans

  • Demonstrated track record of building successful go-to-market programs and campaigns

  • Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior management

  • Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insights

  • Technically-curious yet business-benefit oriented on emerging data technologies

  • BS/BA, MBA preferred
