Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as anAssociate Benefits Operations Analyst! About the role In this role you will be responsible for Benefit Operations functions involving new and in-force Group Benefits Products. As an Associate BOA, you'll develop a thorough understanding of group benefits products, operations, and the Symetra organization. You'll work with experienced Operations Analysts as well as independently on day-to-day activities and documentation of new and existing processes. Compensation Hourly Range: $23.23-38.71 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who you are
