Manager, Learning and Development Position Overview: As the AI Learning & Development Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a company-wide AI upskilling program. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can collaborate with internal collaborators and external learning vendors to develop tailored learning paths for various individuals across the organization. Your work will ensure that our teams-ranging from engineers to creative professionals-are equipped with the skills they need to demonstrate AI in innovative ways. In addition to managing program delivery, you'll collaborate with various departments to embed AI-focused content into other learning initiatives. You will hire and lead a small, high-performing team of content developers and regional support staff. Key Responsibilities:
