Field Machinery Service Supervisor Benefits: Great Work-Life Balance Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Job Stability Full-Time Benefits to include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays Field Service Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise machine and engine repairs and service in the field Schedule service technicians to expedite repairs Act as in-house Technical Communicator for field service technicians, parts, and customers Coordinate parts orders and component repairs Monitor field service expenses and service technician overtime Address customer complaints and concerns Ensure all invoices are collected on time Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner in and away from the office Field Service Supervisor Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Ag Systems Management, Business, mechanical, or other related field or tenured work experience in the field Strong Computer skills Positive, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain good working relationships Ability to think on your feet, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A basic understanding of engines (gas and diesel), hydraulic systems, transmissions, A/C, air and hydraulic brake systems, and planetary gear assemblies Strongly Preferred Experience: 2 years experience in a supervisory role Knowledge of Cat Systems #mustangcareers Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
