Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join the Global Transportation Planning and Groups Operational Passenger System (GTP-GOPAX) team. The Junior Business Analyst will support senior team members in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in the implementation of software solutions. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their skills in business analysis and Agile methodologies within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This position is onsite at Scott AFB.

Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Must hold an active an IAT Level II certification; CompTIA Security+ CE highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant technical experience and certifications.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools like Jira and collaboration platforms like Confluence.
- Exposure to web development technologies and programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, and SoapUI.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative, Agile-focused team environment.
