Job Description

Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for aSenior Training Managerprovidingsupport to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM)has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Networkproviding resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Forceto win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas.C3BM's main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational ResponseTeam (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multipleacquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.

The DAF BATTLE NETWORK is the integrated system-of-systems fusing sensors, effectors, and sustainment grids to build situational awareness, make operational decisions, and direct the force to create needed lethal and nonlethal effects in support of the Joint Force Commander's scheme of maneuver. The DAF PEO C3BM has the responsibility of technically and programmatically integrating the DAF's larger system-of-systems architecture needed to deliver an integrated Command and Control (C2) core function for the DAF, Joint, and Coalition forces, by teaming with all other DAF PEOs, as needed.

Responsibilities

In this position you will provide Training Manager support for training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs. Within the PEO Digital Directorate, "simulator" is generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with Training experience to include the include, but not limited to:

*Support training required to execute test activities

*Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training

*Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer-based training)

*Assists in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices and procedures through various venues, working groups, IPT, independent assessment visit, consultation visits and tailored instruction

Job Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship:Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have an active Secret security clearance. Must maintain clearance at required level.

Years' experience:7-10 years of related professional experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 12 years of experience in the respective professional discipline being performed, five of which are in the DoD.

U.S. Citizenship Required for this Position:Yes
