We are in search of a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a specialized focus on frontend development, to become an integral part in developing and implementing web strategies that not only drive revenue, but also enrich the experience for visitors to our websites.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will execute on meaningful strategic iterations on our websites and web presence through our storytelling and design. We're looking for a developer that enjoys working in a modern development environment and has a passion for the art of balancing design implementation with the data driven aspects of web analytics to take our marketing tech to the next level.

What You'll Do:

  • Working on a global website that millions of people visit each month.

  • Designing and executing front-end and full stack architecture to translate user interface concepts into tangible solutions.

  • Experiment-driven design to test and iterate on hypotheses that can improve performance, user experience, conversions and personalizations.

  • Providing technical guidance and exemplifying best practices in coding, testing, and integrating new functionalities.

  • Improve our internal frameworks to drive consistency across our site, including multilingual site versions.

  • Devise solutions that deeply include the considerations of technical SEO best practices, accessibility, and universal design.

  • Monitor website KPIs to identify trends and areas of opportunity while analyzing user behavior.

  • The occasional management of web hosting and DNS records.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-stack engineering role, preferably with medium to large public facing websites.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with critical thinking skills.

  • Proven work experience with headless CMS and JavaScript frontends, with a mastery of Next.js or React concepts.

  • Experience with the nuances of modern HTML and CSS, especially in being up to date to evolving standards and their browser compatibilities.

  • Extensive experience with our tech stack, including: JavaScript, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, databases either SQL-based or NoSQL.

  • A strong ability to be able to articulate design concepts and principles.

  • A keen eye for detail.

  • SEO best practices, including content structuring, tag usages, and management of urls and migrational techniques.

  • A strong knowledge base of tag and script management such as Google Tag Manager or equivalent.

  • An ability to architect data collections and analytics methods, along with experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, or other equivalent web analytics and metrics systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and integrating with third-party APIs

  • Inherent explorative curiosity, coupled with an appetite for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Compensation Overview:

  • Base Salary of of $80,000 - $100,000 USD per year + 10% quarterly bonus [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan]
