Description

Practices medicine with physician supervision in an orthopedic urgent care setting including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Within physician-advanced practice provider relationship, APPs exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. May include responsibility for education, research, and administrative services. This is a part-time, 0.9 FTE opportunity with primary focus at our Vadnais Heights Campus (must have flexibility to float to other Summit sites as needed). Schedule will include three 12 hour shifts weekly. Every third weekend. COVID: Providers (PA/NP) - that will work in non-Summit locations may need to be fully vaccinated or have been granted an approved medical or religious exemption prior to start date. (These guidelines are determined by each non-Summit location and will be adhered to as appropriate.

Masters of Nursing (required)
Masters of Physician Assistant (required) Experience
1 years: One year of experience as PA or NP, preferably in clinic setting, preferred.
Prior orthopedic experience preferred. (preferred) Skills
