Position Responsibilities


  • Assist Deltek clients with implementation services to successfully transition from legacy accounting systems to Ajera.
  • Understand industry accounting principles and their application to the Deltek Ajera product.
  • Learn Deltek products, and keep apprised of new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Present essential concepts of Deltek's product line via scheduled classes, Web/Teleconferencing or one-on-one consulting.
  • Assess and make recommendations for business process workflow design or re-design to client and Deltek implementation delivery directors.
  • Under specific direction, programs or configures; tests, documents, and implements systems and/or software, applying DGC project and consulting methods and processes.
  • Work within budget and time frame requirements for completion of each project.
  • Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with clients and co-workers, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Qualifications

Customer and Industry Knowledge:
  • Demonstrates a proven ability to meet/exceed customer expectations
  • Works to improve relationships with others by understanding their perspectives and issues and working toward win-win solutions
  • Relays concerns to delivery/project manager or client (if appropriate) with timely, meaningful, fact-based and constructive feedback
  • Partners and works closely with clients to further understand and anticipate their developing needs
  • Possesses knowledge and experience with clients in the AE space (bonus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $57000.00 - $85500.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
