Position Summary NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Science, Technology, Arts, and Creativity (STAC) to lead and innovate within Gallatin's Maker Space (746-STAC). This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge science, technology, arts, and humanities in a vibrant, interdisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Implementation: Create and evaluate interdisciplinary programs integrating science, technology, arts, and humanities.
The role requires on-site work four days a week with one remote day. This is primarily an administrative position and previous experience managing a maker space is required. Join us in transforming the STAC Maker Space into a hub of creativity, discovery, and interdisciplinary exploration! In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $80,000 to USD $100,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
