Description & Requirements
- The Senior Associate - Digital Assets provides experience and leadership in design, development, and support of growth for the firm's Digital Asset practice. Senior Associate - Digital Assets proactively engages with a broad spectrum of stakeholders-including business leaders, clients, and internal professionals-to support and grow the firm's digital asset practice, ensuring clear communication of the objectives and vision for each initiative or client engagement. The role is responsible for being a responsive SME to internal stakeholders, being a thought leader, helping grow new services, products & ideas, and providing sound advice and support to our clients. The role also contributes to the standards and methodologies for client engagements. This role is designed for an individual who is adept at navigating complex business environments to grow an emerging practice.
How you will contribute:
- Provide timely, ad-hoc SME support for client engagements in audit, tax & consulting.
- Participate in prospect exploratory calls.
- Partner with client service professionals to complete proposals & perform Client Acceptance procedures.
- Attend and network at industry conferences.
- Be a thought leader by staying up to date on relevant industry news and events.
- Author Digital Asset FORsight articles.
- Participate in Digital Asset webinars and webinar strategy.
- Develop and lead annual digital asset fellowship.
- Plan, coordinate and lead Pulse Forum calls.
- Collaborate with Digital Asset steering committee to align with the committee's strategic goals.
- Own the Blockchain & Digital Assets storefront by identifying gaps, updating and maintaining the storefront site.
- Maintain, develop, and update marketing materials such as internal and external solution sheets.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through the evaluation of market trends and product capabilities; identify opportunities for new or improved market penetration and growth.
- Consistently review, develop and maintain firm risk policies for Digital Asset client engagements.
- Participate in key industry associations such as the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance.
- Develop an internal education and awareness program of the firm's Digital Asset practice.
- Be expected to work on assigned tasks reporting progress to project leaders, coaches, supervisors and managers.
- Submit deliverables for review and acceptance, and they may be expected to review the work of others before work is accepted as complete.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1 year or more in a similar role
- Some travel may be expected.
- The overall digital asset ecosystem and relevant concepts such as hashing, seed phrases, tokenization, and blockchain.
- Digital asset custody models, including self-custody and controls around each.
- Regulatory developments in the digital asset industry.
- Blockchain explorers and how to interpret the information contained within.
- Digital asset subledgers such as Cryptio, Bitwave, or others.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
