Salary: $59,000 - $71,000

Focus:In this role you provide administrative support to the Human Resources team including support for payroll, talent acquisition, new employee onboarding and employee/labor relations.

HR Administrative Specialist Essential Job Functions:



  • Coordinate and assist with local administration of talent acquisition activities
  • Process payroll using Kronos timekeeping system
  • Coordinate and assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Pull HR related reports, submit forms and other HR related activities
  • Assist in the management of leave cases
  • Maintain confidential records and files


HR Administrative Specialist Minimum Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree* in business discipline preferred
  • 3+ years administrative support experience or 1+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday and Kronos preferred
  • Prior Applicant Tracking Software experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow-through
  • Previous Olin experience preferred
