Account Manager - Cultures & Dairy Enzymes

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• There will be 50% travel included in this role to visit our customers.

• Sell entire product portfolio to new and existing accounts in the cheese industry.

• Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets for the Cultures/Dairy Enzymes business unit.

• Develop short- and long-term strategy to achieve sales growth.

• Build project pipeline to sustain growth targets.

• Manage all aspects of the selling process.

• Manage and build relationships with existing customers

• Work closely with demand planning, providing monthly forecast guidance.

• Update opportunities in SalesForce as they progress.

• Focus on the customer.

• Work with IFF Business Units to help them achieve their goal

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Food, Dairy Science or related field

• 2+ years' experience in Dairy, Cheese Manufacturing or Enzymes industry

• 2+ years' experience in sales and/or account management with a demonstrated business and commercial acumen.

• Ability to travel 50% for customer meetings

• You demonstrate a passion for the dairy industry and have a solid practical understanding of dairy processing and cheese production.

• You collaborate and perform well in cross-functional teams.

• You are self-motivated and like to be challenged while working for a dynamic organization.
