Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership and direction across Georgia Tech (GT) Athletics, with particular oversight of player management within the areas of responsibility/sport programs as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Responsible for making hiring recommendations to the Director of Athletics, setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.This position will interact on a regular basis with: Athletics executives, coaches, campus partners, external partners, player agents, and student-athletes. This position typically will advise: Athletics executives, head coaches, assistant coaches, and other sport program personnel. This position will supervise: Assigned Staff Responsibilities
