Position Summary:



YU Global is seeking a motivated and friendly Phone Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective graduate students over the phone, providing information, answering questions, and promoting our Master of Science in Software Development.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Make outbound calls to customers or leads to gather information, promote the program, and make appointments for team members
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with callers.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the HubSpot database accurately.



Experience & Educational Background:




  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some customer service experience is helpful.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Salary Range:



$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
