Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team at our Blytheville, Arkansas location. The ideal candidate will have experience with diesel engines and a strong understanding of heavy machinery maintenance. You will play a crucial role in keeping our fleet of equipment running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshooting on various machinery, including forklifts, trucks, and generators.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel mechanics preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy machinery systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools related to diesel mechanics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
