With a current focus on mental health, gun violence prevention, the opioid epidemic, skill-based hiring and other critical issues, the Ad Council's national campaigns encompass advertising and media content, ground game and community efforts, trusted messenger and influencer engagement, and employer programs, among other innovative strategies to move the needle on the most important issues of the day. Job summary: The Ad Council's Media Team is looking for a Senior Manager, Media Engagement who will oversee and lead a diverse portfolio of accounts, securing targeted media exposure for the Ad Council's social impact campaigns, including, but not limited to the ideation, execution, and evaluation of strategic partnerships. You will sit within the Media Strategy and Engagement Center of Excellence (COE). We are seeking candidates who are passionate about building new relationships with media companies, cultivating existing ones and exploring innovative ways to work with all partners to deliver maximum impact that will benefit the Ad Council's social issue campaigns. You may also be responsible for managing or mentoring junior team members. The compensation for this position is within the range of $82,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience level). The compensation package also includes an annual incentive, comprehensive benefit offerings, and generous paid time off. What you'll do:
