Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Cloud-Based Command and Control (CBC2) Test Manager for the 96th Cyberspace Test Group, supporting 96 CTG/TGS.

JOB DETAILS

LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL

JOB STATUS: Full-time

TRAVEL: 25%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Masters Degree in a technical field
  • Over 10 years' experience
  • Current Secret Clearance with the Ability to Obtain Top Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Experience managing C2, BMC2, CRC, AOC or IAMD test programs
  • Effective oral and written communications skills, good interpersonal communications skills and comfortable working in a team environment.
  • High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Office 365 products to include Word, Excel PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Knowledge of Air Force C2 test methodologies including AFI 99-103.
  • Experience with tactical and/or strategic datalinks
  • Experience developing Test Plans and Test Reports
  • Experience with Deficiency Report Management
  • Experience with TEMP or TES development
  • Experience with agile acquisitions
  • Knowledge of the mission and work environments of services activities to tailor security requirements to the needs of the activity and the requirements of DOD, USAF, and SAP security programs
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures associated with classified material and specialized management acquisition and logistics support processes and methods used within DOD, USAF, and other agencies
  • Knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented information (SCI), collateral and unclassified directives and policies to provide authoritative interpretation and guidance to management officials and other security specialists for resolving issues involving conflicting security requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP and collateral information, industrial and personnel security disciplines and their interrelationships and applicability to supported activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage test schedule and test documentation for complex C2 test projects.
  • Manage information systems for team collaboration, document management and meeting schedules.
  • Provide detailed analysis of courses of action (COAs) for test projects, analyze and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of test projects to ABMS Test leadership.
  • Write, edit, and maintain technical test documentation and track test program status.
  • Organize and interpret data to inform DOD decision makers, turns data into actionable knowledge; drive successful operations and shape organization technology and resource investments.
  • Support test engineers when interacting with System Program Offices, other military services, and development contractors.
  • Collaborate in an Agile, self-organizing cross-functional environment, conduct analyses at all levels of system products to include concept, design, integration and test, installation, operation, and maintenance.
