Software Engineering Manager
Overview UW Credit Union's Internet Services (IS) team is looking for our next Software Engineering Manager! As part of the talented IS Leadership team, this position is responsible for software delivery operations and the management of development resources for the department. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you will lead, and work along-side, a team of highly skilled software engineers, in a collaborative Agile environment, as we develop applications to help UW Credit Union remain one of Wisconsin's top financial institutions. As a Software Engineering Manager, leading a team of software engineers is where you shine. You bring your passion for coaching and helping your employees grow in their talents. We design and build application solutions for our employees and members that make their lives easier. From UW Credit Union's Web Branch to our mobile app, lending applications, intranet, and more, our in-house development team does it all to support over 360,000 members. You'll also assist in paving the way for UW Credit Union's future, including driving adoption of new technologies and processes. Participate in the continual development of software engineering related activities and the continual innovation of processes, programs, and services.
