We are looking to add a highly motivated, rev-generating escrow officer with management experience to manage our Modesto, CA branch and continue to build and expand our presence in the Stanislaus County area.
In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting focused on customer service and closing deals. managing and coaching the staff; recruiting to grow the branch operation overall; be responsible for all levels of customer care and proactive problem resolution on our files and with staff. This role requires exceptional decision-making skills, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task as part of a team. You will be responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will participate company and customer meetings and keep the staff informed of new company and industry policies and procedures and support all team players in assisting with their daily duties and responsibilities. You will work closely with senior leadership and our sales team to increase revenue and profits, manage expenses, increase client partnerships, and capture market share.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the strategic direction, the operations and revenue generation for branches and key accounts within a defined geographic area

  • Act as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers during real estate sales

  • Manage funds and processes real estate transactions

  • Align branch goals with business unit goals

  • Maintain client base and resolves escalated issues; answers questions and provides guidance regarding products, services, policies, or specific transaction

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years of directly related escrow officer experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role

  • Results oriented with strong time management, team performance, and project management skills, and must be highly organized and driven to succeed

  • Strong leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer service focus - passion for promptly responding to customer needs. Values and solicits customer feedback to improve service

Pay Range: $82,925.00 - 110,525.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
