SUMMARY/JOB PURPOSE: The Associate HR Business Partner Director will shape assigned client(s) people strategies to align with organizational objectives, while driving HR programs and priorities. As a thought partner to leaders at all levels of the organization, the HR Business Partner will provide advice on human resources related matters, demonstrate success in assessing organizational health of assigned client groups' work environments, and will develop integrated solutions that address identified gaps and enhance the employee experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create people strategy that meets the needs of assigned client group(s) Serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders; shows innovation and forward-thinking orientation to plan HR efforts, contribute to business growth Provide tactical management of human resource programs including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, HR Generalist administration, compensation, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement Lead change management initiatives, ensuring thorough and effective planning, communication, execution, and follow-up throughout the organization Design, plan and implement a range of HR projects and programs, including performance and development, talent management, employee engagement survey, and HR policy and procedures Acts as coach and advisor to managers/leaders in assigned client group (s) Utilize skills in talent management and organizational design to increase talent effectiveness Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations issues Proactively partner and collaborate with cross functional HR teams, i.e. Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition etc., to share information/strengths/opportunities through a solution-oriented mindset continuously optimizing the business value of the HR function Mentor HR Partners, offering guidance on complex operational issues and support development opportunities Other responsibilities as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Education:
Experience/The Ideal Candidate will have:
Progressive functional experience in human resources A history of successfully supporting client groups in a consultative role, including at the executive level In depth knowledge of organizational design, organization development, change management and process management Experienced conducting effective workplace investigations including providing and implementing recommendations that address underlying issues Demonstrated experience working dynamically with a strong capability to adapt to changes in the internal or external environment Prior experience supporting Revenue generating functions; supporting employees across multiple locations Previous experience managing a team of direct reports
Knowledge/Skills:
Comfortable with ambiguity in an evolving, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment Able to work independently and exercise excellent judgement Understanding of employment laws, concepts and practices related to the administration of a variety of human resources programs Ability to analyze complex data sets to enable data-driven decision making Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with ability to educate and influence through formal and informal communications Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals from various socioeconomic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds Highly responsive to the needs of all colleagues and staff Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complicated tasks

Environment: primarily working indoors, performing clerical work or meeting with clients Travel required - 10% of domestic travel required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base pay range for this positionis $151,000 - $214,000 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors.

Employees are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus program, or if field sales staff, a sales-based incentive plan.
