About our group:
Seagate Research Group is seeking a motivated biochemistry intern who will develop and execute procedures for a variety of projects related to nucleotide ligation and/or oligo purification. The protocols under study would be in support of research related to using nucleic acids for data storage applications. The position is based at Seagate's R&D site in Shakopee, MN, about 15 miles south of downtown Minneapolis. About the role - you will:

Our Shakopee campus is located 25 minutes southwest of Minneapolis in a setting with a rural vibe - it overlooks a horse racing track and stables, yet it has great entertainment venues close by as well. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seagate also offers Interns12 paid holidays and a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave. The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.
