We are seeking a full-time Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join a dynamic team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Position available: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. - Full Time - Monday - Friday (80 hours per pay period), includes working every other holiday. Responsibilities: Manages and supervises the activities of a shift in the care center. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff. Qualifications: Experience: Three years of nursing experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
