Pomp's Tire Service has actively begun to accept applicants at the Bench Strength Manager position. This individual will work directly alongside our professional management team to support its ongoing store operations by maintaining store profitability and performance goals, conduct ongoing leadership and personnel training, and ensuring both customer and client satisfaction. This position is focused on training our next Store Leaders to continue our successful mission.

Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Work with our store managers to train, lead and develop a team of tire technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and customer service.
- Help Manage aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Work with Sales Team to develop knowledge of tire services and products.
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial services and tire product offerings, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports, financial statements, and operational metrics to monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements for Position:
- Prior experience within the tire industry preferred, with preference to those with an understanding of tire products, brands, and services.
- Proven leadership experience preferred, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and other store operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
