POSITION Allspring Global Investments is looking for a Business Development Consultant who will report to the Head of Sales Execution in the Global Relationship Management department. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting Intermediary Sales efforts by providing strategic analysis, client insights, and execution strategies. Working closely with our National Accounts, Wealth Specialists, and Intermediary Sales leadership, you will identify growth opportunities, improve client engagement, and drive sales performance. This position requires a problem solver with excellent sales and analytical abilities, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the asset management industry. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week. Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 Salary Range for California candidates only.Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
