Procore is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Construction Intelligence Organization to maintain, optimize and enhance the data and ML platform. You'll be responsible for the data and ML Platform features that enable Procore to build cost-efficient AI solutions for our customers, empowering research teams with an integrated collection of technologies and techniques from Procore's standard development ecosystem to develop and execute Procore Intelligence initiatives. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead talented engineers to design and deliver platform features. You will also facilitate collaboration among multiple teams and ensure the success of the team's projects and operations. As a part of the engineering leadership team you will help determine technical vision and direction as well as establish processes and drive initiatives that result in technical, operational, and cultural improvements across the engineering team. You will partner with leaders from across the organization, especially product and design, to ensure we are working effectively to deliver a high-quality product. What you will do:

Base Pay Range $158,680 - $218,185. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
