How you will make history here... The Associate Brand Manager, North American Foodservice (NAFS). In this role, the Associate will manage commercialization projects (new item innovation, quality improves, cost-saving initiatives) as leader of the cross-functional team, identify Retail-owned items to introduce in foodservice, interpret/communicate business results and perform ad-hoc brand analyses. Business Analysis: Conduct data analysis of business results and recommend appropriate course of action. Monitor KPIs and provide in depth analysis by product line, SKU, sales region and financial impact to determine opportunities for growth, in line with portfolio role. Provide relevant reports, gather key competitive intelligence, distill key learnings, develop recommendations, and report findings to team. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $80,300-$115,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
