Bridge Inspector

PRIME AE Group, Inc. (www.primeeng.com), a multi-faceted A&E firm with 23 offices in 10 States and over 500 employees throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast, is seeking a Bridge Inspector to join our Bridge Inspection Group in our Baltimore office (UMBC Tech Campus).

Position Overview:

As a member of our bridge inspection team, the qualified candidate will perform structural safety inspections for various transportation agencies. In addition, the qualified candidate will assist with developing inspection schedules, securing required access equipment, developing, and executing traffic control concepts, securing railroad access permits, and developing inspection reports. Occasional night work and overnight assignments are anticipated.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent or equivalent years of experience.
• Physical ability to withstand harsh work environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with little supervision.
• Ability to go on overnight travel assignments.
