Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location(s): Seattle, WA

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree would be a plus but not required if have strong experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years required.
  • Experience with merchandizing or product marketing required.
  • Work independently and with cross functional teams.
  • Software: MS office.


Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence customerfacing product roadmap based on PV international requirements and priorities.
  • Measuring and optimizing impressions and conversions metrics and be the owner of the inapp merchandising performance.
  • Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to the international Prime Video homepages across website, mobile apps, and living room devices to support the launch of new customerfacing features.
  • Optimizing storefront content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities for content scheduling and process efficiency and automation taking inputs from campaign launch managers, working crossfunctionally to implement them.
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
  • Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.


Must have hard skills:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in merchandizing or product marketing.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing preferred but not required. Min of HSD/ GED required.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.
  • Needs to be able to decide what next course of action will be without instruction.
