We are looking for a Mental Health Site director who wants to make an impact in our clients' lives by building and maintaining strong positive relationships with the community, co-workers, staff and leadership.



  • Oversee our General Mental Health/Substance Use Residential Treatment site in the Phoenix area to ensure that our residential treatment services are provided in accordance with all applicable regulations and according to licensure standards.
  • This program works with pregnant women, women with children and women with a substance use disorders, where clients receive intensive, supervised treatment in a therapeutic, structured and safe environment. While in program, the moms focus on recovery and their children thrive in a stable, loving environment in our on-site nursery.
  • Work closely with team members to promote goals and objectives to ensure quality service provisions.
  • Through clinical and administrative supervision, you will serve as a mentor, coach and teacher for staff and create a climate which promotes quality treatment for each member.

Qualifications

Skills / Requirements



  • Licensure issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to engage in the practice of behavioral health in Arizona at the Associate, LISAC or independent level.
  • One year of supervisory experience, in a behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Some assignments require an Arizona DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Some assignments require a current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Background Check.
  • Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
