Job Title: AV Technician III Location: Worcester, MA, 4 Sites (All in walking distance and free parking) Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities: Setup of presentation and conferencing systems, technical coordination of events, system troubleshooting, problem resolution and product installation. Day to day duties may include daily room check out, system troubling-shooting, delivery, and tracking of portable presentation equipment, facilitating equipment repair, and meeting set-up. Qualification: Experience in MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Extron, Crestron, audio and video conferencing, projection, and display systems. An associate's degree or its equivalent is required, as well as 2 - 5 years of experience. Top 3-5 skills: Teams Room (MTR) Experience, Teams BYOD Meetings, Hardware Support (TV, Microphone, Speaker, Cabling), MTR Lenovo and Crestron hardware experience. Interview process: 1 Round
