In the role of Assistant Center Director, Operations you will be working in the Center for Advancing Population Science.
Under the direction of Center Director, responsible for the effectiveness of the center's operational activities ensuring center goals are met effectively and efficiently. Management of operations related to strategy, financial, research, personnel and administrative. Primary Functions
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Understanding of research, financial and human resources related issues. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail required. Strong computer skills. Knowledge of research and medical terminology preferred.
Specifications Appropriate experience may be substituted foe educaiton on an equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Required Experience: 8 years Preferred Experience: Progressively responsible experience in office management with supervisory and budget management responsibilities. Experience in a medical, research, or educational environment. Field: Finance, management, or healthcare administration Why MCW?
