It's an exciting time to be part of our North America HR team. We are seeking to hire a talented and passionate Senior HR Business Partner to support some of IFF's locations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders. Through close partnering with the business, you will successfully improve their people leadership capability, team culture, talent pipeline, and people development. Reporting to the Director of HR, North America, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile, and continuous learning work environment.
This position can be based in Holmdel, NJ, or New York City, NY.

- Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders.
- Managing complex internal investigations and employee relations matters
- Creating credibility and trust to contribute to overall business decisions.
- Leading and supporting change management initiatives across businesses and functions
- Implementing changes in organizational structure, work design, team-based systems, and organizational communications.
- Leading and supporting process improvement efforts for optimal organizational performance.
- Supporting projects through involvement on HR and/or business lead project teams.
- Partnering with HR colleagues to share best practices to ensure consistency and overall alignment.
- Ensuring timely and accurate input of data into various HR systems.
- Auditing system data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and sharing insights into data impacting HR analytics.
- Understanding the business's hiring needs, calendar and priorities to create a clear plan on workforce planning.
- Implementing best practices for hiring and selection in accordance with global and local processes and legal requirements. Managing succession planning and movement of internal talent.
- Driving execution of the talent assessment process.
- Supporting culture, employee engagement and diversity, equity & inclusions initiatives aligned with IFF's corporate goals and objectives.
- Partnering with business leaders to run talent review processes that are outcome driven that deliver on talent development plans, retention risk assessments and talent gap analysis.
- Establishing and maintaining strong work relationships with key stakeholders And various senior leaders
- Providing continuous coaching to leaders on the development and execution of people-related strategies to enable our teams to do their best work.
- Developing and maintaining close partnerships with the Centers of Expertise, sharing insights throughout the development of HRprocesses, and ensuring alignment on HRinitiatives with keystakeholders.
What you need to be successful...
- Bachelor's degree inhumanresourcesmanagement, or related field, or equivalent combination of educational and work experience. MBA, SHRM certification or SPHR a plus.
- 7-10years of work experience, with 5+ years' broad-basedHRgeneralist experience within a global organization, dealing with stakeholders of multiple locations.
- Ability to proactively work with key stakeholders to develop pragmatic, value-added solutions that drivebusinessresults.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, create insights and make strategic recommendations that supportbusinessobjectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using WorkDay is strongly preferred but not required.
- Critical Thinking -specifically, using problem solving skills to assist in determining priorities, finding timely solutions to issues impacting people and programs, and demonstrating quality customer service to key stakeholders
- Successfully collaborates on projects and programs with HR colleagues and leaders across businesses and functions
- Takes responsibility for consistent completion and follow-up on tasks/assignments and providing excellent service delivery.
- Ability to flex, be agile and responsive to change and demonstrates adaptability in a variety of high pressure situations.
- Mature relationship building skills and the ability to partner with various levels of management, in particular senior leaders.
