WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE The Director of Digital Product Management for Martech & Consumer Data will lead a high-performing team of group product managers, product managers, and product owners dedicated to shaping the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for our digital product portfolio in the martech and consumer data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will prioritize a consumer-centric approach, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our customers while driving business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, data analytics and modeling, and marketing technology trends to enhance our product offerings. Key responsibilities include fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams-including data science, insights & analytics, loyalty, marketing, and IT-to deliver exceptional digital experiences that resonate with consumers. The candidate must exhibit strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics in the martech landscape, and the ability to effectively communicate the product vision to stakeholders at all levels.
