Downey Eyecare Center, founded in 1964 by Dr. Stein's father, has been a cornerstone in the community, with Dr. Stein continuing the family tradition at the Downey location since 2006. Known for treating both patients and staff like family, the practice goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and success. As Dr. Stein plans to retire in the next five years, there is a unique opportunity to join a growing team. With two doctors currently working two days a week, the goal is to expand to two doctors every day, offering a chance to help shape the practice's future while delivering exceptional patient care.

What you'll do:

As a part of the Downey Eyecare Center team, you'll practice in a family-oriented, dynamic, state of the art practice, providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions. You'll perform patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and educate patients about their ocular health. Outside of patient exams, you will help around the office and learn about the business. You'll have access to advanced diagnostic technology, including Visual Fields and Optomap. This position offers both full and part-time employment and the practice is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and one Saturday per month.
