This mission of the Office of Student Affairs is to create a supportive environment in which medical student may develop personally and professionally, and to maintain records of students' accomplishments toward their medical school requirements. |
Job Duties |
Brody School of Medicine's Department of Academic Affairs, Office of Student Affairs, is seeking to fill their full-time Foundational Support Coordinator position.
This position assumes primary responsibilities for facilitating implementation of the programs and student success on a day-to-day basis, reviews materials, ensures that essential deadlines are met, and coordinates with team members to ensure coordinated effective delivery; orchestrates logistics for activities and programs such as Career Tasters, Careers in Medical Education, and Student Organizations (this includes the development, marketing and promotion, implementation and evaluation); serves as an academic and personal development liaison to M1/M2 students; and independently plans First Year events: White Coat Ceremony, M1 Orientation, M2 Orientation, Financial Wellness Program for M1 and M2 students, and other foundational sciences related programs.

Minimum Education/Experience |
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |

Student Affairs experience or demonstrated experience with program management in higher education context. |
