YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have Maintenance Supervisor opportunities at our Processing Plant in Guymon, OK Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance employees to assure proper maintenance and mechanic repair of machinery and equipment within the allotted budget and consistent with Seaboard policies, procedures, and FSIS regulations. Develop a competent workforce through training, communicating expectations, providing frequent feedback, and, when necessary, taking disciplinary action in accordance with Company policy. Monitor and enforce security and safety rules; follow up on equipment installed and its current operations; provide frequent feedback concerning the status of areas of responsibility.
