NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 7 years experience in Information Technology / Information Security OR 11 years experience in IT / Information Security
• 3 years in Outsourced Contract Management and/or Leadership of outsourced operations teams
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive execution
• Leadership -- Effectively leads outsourced teams & people from multiple vendors
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to recognize and drive need for change
• Oral & written communication skills
• Problem solving / analytical skills, tools and techniques.
• Ability to develop strategic and tactical roadmaps and action plans to drive maturity of products/services
• Results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.
• Customer relationship management
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes
• Understanding of business and IT priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets
  (e.g., existing/ planned)
• Understanding of current and emerging IT risks
• Expert in process improvement and process documentation best practices
• Knowledge of emerging technologies
• System and technology integration
• IT standards, procedures, policies (e.g., HIPAA)
• Security tooling and platform operations experience (e.g. Identity Management, SSO EndPoint Protections, Proxy, External Data Management, Firewalls, Certificate & Key Management

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• IAM Provision & Mgmt.
• Configuration Mgmt.
• Network-based and host-based intrusion detection systems,
• Malware detection
• Enterprise-level antivirus solutions/systems and encryptions standards
• Log and monitoring management systems,
• Security event monitoring systems
