Job Summary This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements; working with Business Solutions Lead to understand business strategy and translate into product requirements. Leading or participating in multiple projects across multiple cross functional areas; experienced working in healthcare industry. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to determine/influence stakeholders to an acceptable resolution

Required Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree and 4 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 8 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
*1 year experience leading project.
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
*Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
*Business acumen.
*Project management skills.
*Requirements definition and management.
*SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
*Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
*Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
*Written and verbal communications.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
*Support and align efforts with customer to meet business needs; understand and negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders.

*Identify internal team process improvement opportunities; proactively work with management to implement approved changes

*Articulate ideas and viewpoints to wide audience of stakeholders; drive issue resolution; ensure alignment of cross-team deliverables - holding self and team accountable for results.

*Provide coaching and guidance to junior BA team members.

*Manage customer relationship and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up -to -date on project results.

*Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS- Project, MS- Visio, MS - Excel, etc.).

*Experience working in healthcare industry.

Base Pay Range$80,700.00 - $145,700.00
