The Senior Manager, Marketing and Sales Development will be responsible for driving strategies and overseeing operations of assigned teams to ensure successful pipeline development. This position is accountable for specific monthly/yearly Marketing-Qualified Lead (MQL) quotas directly impacting company goals and financial objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Participate in the collaborative effort of setting strategy and implementing performance-based campaigns/programs to align with business objectives including MQL conversion to bookings; strategically pivot team when directed by leadership to meet required monthly/quarterly goals;
  • Execute components of campaigns by month/quarter to provide ongoing activity for team members to meet expected goals and bookings;
  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly MQL reporting; prepare and review detailed information including performance, monthly goals, and ongoing teams' direction to achieve Annual Operations Planning (AOP);
  • Identify and execute business ideas by analyzing data trends to help meet or exceed goals and targets;
  • Manage and implement programs as directed by leadership to assist with key strategic programs;
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and enhanced product messaging programs for all team members;
  • Design programs, headcount planning, and systems and processes within assigned business units to ensure team meets expectations and goals;
  • Responsible for managing budget including headcount and commission and staff alignment;
  • Generate monthly commission reports and review biweekly payroll to ensure accuracy;
  • Develop and retain talent to include providing training and mentoring opportunities for paths of continued growth; promote and develop a positive and motivational team culture;
  • Remain up to date on healthcare industry business drivers to identify how Inovalon's solutions can improve the company's products and services;
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures, and mission statement;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.



Job Requirements:

* Minimum seven (7) years' sales/call center experience;
* Minimum four (4) years' management experience;
* Prior B2B software industry experience;
* Previous training experience;
* Previous CRM experience;
* Ability to build effective partnerships with sales and marketing leaders to optimize pipeline and revenue creation;
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to use critical thinking skills and manage proactively to achieve performance goals;
* Proven ability to lead teams and execute business priorities;
* Strong multi-tasking skills ability to working in a fast-paced, sales driven environment;
* Work cross-functionally to plan and execute campaigns and programs;
* Experience leveraging a sophisticated technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Navigator, or similar programs;
* High skill level with Microsoft Office including Excel and Tableau; and
* Knowledgeable of sales process in Sales Force.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

* Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
* Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
* Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
* Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
* Travel for this position will include less than 5%, typically for training purposes.

Inovalon Offers a Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range
$128,600 $160,000 USD
