Get Ready to transform: Your Role in Action!

Contract Management: Preparing and processing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.

Communication: Liaising with DDS on contract execution and billing matters.

Billing: Preparing monthly billing for state contracts and submitting them in the Enterprise Invoice Management (EIM) system.

Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed schedules of contracts and other relevant information.

Revenue Recording: Preparing monthly summaries of state contract billing and retroactive billing.

Reconciliation: Ensuring all aspects of contract management and billing are reconciled.

Support: Assisting the FP&A team with annual audits and the Uniform Financial Statement (UFR).




Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

High organization and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred experience in accounting and working with MA DDS contracts.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
