Construction Supervisor ll (Electrical Inspector)

We are searching for a Construction Supervisor (electrical inspector) on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. The person needs a background in utility type electrical or a background in facility wiring and distribution

The person is needed for the installation of three Wartsila * RICE units inside a pre-engineered metal building that supports them and the installation of a of a GE combustion turbine.

Electrical is going to consist of 480 Volt, 4160 Volt and 13.8 kilovolt ties to substation distribution, cabling, power conductor, cabling, building wiring at 120 and 240 Volt.

The construction supervisor must have strong electrical knowledge with 4160 distributions, building wiring, control wiring, electrical distribution systems, 13.8kv transmission distribution, 480 Volt motor control and electrical distribution would be great.

Requirements

• The person needs a background in utility type electrical or a background in facility wiring and distribution

• Must have at least 5 to 7 + years of previous electrical [inspection] experience in addition to hands on technical knowledge to be able to understand right/wrong during contractor electrical oversight.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from site.
• Must be able and capable of physical requirements - kneeling, bending, twisting.
• Resource must have strong electrical knowledge with 4160 distribution, electrical distribution systems, 13.8 transmission distribution, 480 Volt motor control and electrical distribution would be great.
