Introduction: As a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Manager, Hard Services at ASML, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the execution of maintenance and operational programs within the Facilities organization. In this role, you will manage a team of direct reports focused on overseeing and optimizing the performance of an external maintenance vendor operating under an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model. Your leadership will be critical to transitioning the department from reactive to proactive maintenance strategies, aligning with ASML's operational goals. Job Description: You will oversee the execution of maintenance programs, manage vendor performance, develop & manage operational budgets and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to developing processes, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement within Hard Services operations. This is a leadership-level position requiring a strategic thinker with strong technical and operational experience, capable of managing teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring facilities performance supports the high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment.
