Senior IAM Engineer (hybrid)

This is a hybrid role in our Newton, MA office.

This role configures Identity Access Management (IAM) products and develops, tailoring solutions to address the business needs of Bright Horizons' business model as it pertains to identity access. This role designs and implements sign-up/Registration and sign-in/Login flows to provide consumers witha frictionless experience accessing Bright Horizons' benefits.

What you will be doing:

  • Implement Auth0 with SAML, OAUTH2, Open ID Connect, API-based integrations, and Azure AD/Ping Identity Suite for Mobile apps, SPAs, Regular applications, and machine-to-machine applications.
  • Build and customize graphical user interface based on solid expertise in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and preferably Angular.
  • Design and implement Rest APIs using .NET Core, C#, and Azure Cloud to create scalable, secure APIs.
  • Leverage DevOps tools and functionalitieslike Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Build, Jenkins to build solutions.
  • Develop using various Azure components, such as App Services, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage Services, APIM, VNet, Azure SQL, and Application Insights.
  • Should be able to integrate IAM solutions with third-party tools such as Spark Post, Twilio, Cloudflare
What we hope you bring to the role:

Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 4-year engineering degree - Required

Master's Degree - Masters in computer-related science - Preferred

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 4 years specifically as an Identity and Access Management professional

Experience as a hands-on as a developer/engineer in IAM space - Required

3 years of experience with Auth0, SecureAuth, and any other IAM suite of products would be given preference - Preferred

Additional Job Requirements
  • Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency.

  • Coach other members of the team on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management

  • Ability to stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions.

  • This role involves designing cloud solutions, selecting appropriate Azure services, and optimizing resource utilization for high availability and performance.
