Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: North Carolina or South Carolina The Principal Compensation Consultant uses expert level compensation knowledge to collaborate with business leaders and executives on compensation programs that will support the achievement of business objectives, while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitors data trends to ensure program effectiveness and makes recommendations for changes to ensure alignment with overall strategies. Provides subject matter expertise on projects that have an enterprise-wide impact. Serves as the point of escalation for highly complex compensation solutions. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance Preferred Areas of Experience:
